John and his family were in town, and it just so happened that Sunday was "Princess and Pirate Day" (both Alexandra and Elijah's favorites) at the zoo. The my whole immediate family went, minus my dad who unfortunately had to leave that morning for a trip. It was the first time we all were out in public together with the two new little ones. It was a beautiful day with perfect weather. Alexandra enjoyed going back and forth from looking at the animals to pushing Cecilia in her stroller; Elijah was as excited as he could be to get to the next exhibit. Cecilia looked around most of the time taking in the new environment, and Brendan mostly just slept! Afterward, we went out to eat at a family favorite, Red Robin, where we ate at the longest table ever!
